Steven P. Cobourn, CPA   |   Chief Financial Officer

Steve has more than 20 years of experience in life sciences including financing, product launches, alliances, and operations. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Vaccinex, Inc., a private biotech where he has supported its financing and facilitated IPO readiness. Prior to Vaccinex, he was the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc., during a period of exponential growth and launch of a blockbuster product. During his tenure at Otsuka, Steve served in various roles in finance and corporate planning including part of its Executive Management Team. He also supported Otsuka’s parent during its 2010 IPO in Japan. Prior to this, he was also a certified public accountant at accounting firm Hass & Company LLC. Mr. Cobourn received a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University.
